Are all products always available?

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
All orders are made on advance payment.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 7-14 working days. Customers will receive their purchase within 14 days from ordering.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! However, international shipping time may vary depending on the location.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our Studio in Imphal using merchant couriers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please note that we do not have a return policy, but we have a 14 days exchange policy.
Do you have a return policy?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after a 14 days grace period expired or items are not in the same condition as you received them in.
What are the conditions for an exchange?
Please note that we are unable to accept items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. All tags must be fully attached to return/exchange items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. Refund may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment.
Can I get a refund instead of an exchange?
Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Please note that the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. MOROK is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather.
What happens if my return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled?
MOROK does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if the return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet above return/exchange requirements at our sole discretion.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive any item that is not in the perfect condition please contact us on the same day.
